Etsy Favorite-#5

I'm not big into vintage/antique items. Some things sure, but not as a rule. So, vintage sellers on Etsy don't always capture my attention. But, this seller sure did and got added to my favs. Today's shop is rachiesplace! The first thing that drew me into this shop is the pyrex she has for sale. Cookware just isn't made like it was years ago, and this stuff rocks! She has many other items for sale too. I'm sure there is something for everyone. Here are a few things I really like:

You can't go wrong with pink, can you?

Pyrex Blue Wheat Hostess Casserole

Here's that Pyrex. And isn't the blue pretty?

Glasbake Green Daisy Duo Oval Dishes

Two more dishes that are functional and pretty.

Cool huh? Takes you back a few years! There are a lot of vintage sellers on Etsy, me included. They have lots of cool stuff in their shops, so be sure to check them out! Please be sure to check out Etsy when you have a chance and support handmade and small business owners!

Etsy Favorite-#4

Again, I haven't been doing very well at keeping up on this blog. But, I keep trying! I'm here to feature another seller I have marked in my favs. Today I am going to show you MyissaG. She has a large variety of crocheted items including discloths, scrubbies, and scarves! Beautiful items that are very inspiring and very useful. Here are a few of my favs.

The His and Hers Bath and Body Gift Set

Not only do I think the his and hers idea is great, but I of course, love the pink and brown!

Shades of Brown Dishcloths

I really like neutral colors and these would be perfect for any kitchen!

Peaches and Cream Dishcloth Set

I'm not a big pastel color person, but I do like this soft peach/orange color. Very pretty. Great for spring too!

Please check out MyissaG's shop and all the great shops on Etsy! Support handmade!

All photos and products are property of the seller I have featured. I am only using them on my blog to showcase their shop.

Today my featured seller is StuckTogether! She is pretty new to Etsy but I think her shop is fun and cute and hopefully she will do well. She sells all sorts of fun magnets! Now, I know magnets seem kind of silly to get excited about, but these are really cute! And handmade and creative! Here are a few of my favs-

I love these!

Garden Lovers Watering Can Clay Magnet Set

Aren't these cute?

Hot Pink and Black Sprinkle Cupcakes Polymer Clay Magnet Set

My latest Creation

Check out the latest card I have made. I love it! It is so simple, but eye catching and filled with emotion! I think I will make more of these. They are good for any love occasion, including an anniversary or just to say I love you. It's in my shop!

Etsy Favorite-#2

It's time for a new installment of my series highlighting great shops on Etsy. Right now I am taking sellers out of my favorites list, but hope to continue doing this and feature other sellers too as I find them. Today I am going to show you Wicked Soaps!

First of all I love the name! What fun and it really makes you want to buy some of this product. There are so many goodies in this shop, I want to buy them all, but alas, I can't! LOL! Here are a few things that I think look awesome-

White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Goats Milk Soap
Doesn't this look yummy enough to eat?

Enchanted Apple Body Butter Creme with Shea and Cocoa Butter

This cream looks fantastic! I would love to try it.
Lemon Cheesecake Lip Luster - Cocoa Butter and Beeswax Lip Balm

I'm a sucker for any kind of chapstick or lip balm and I love the packaging on these!

Ok, that's my post for the day. Be sure to check out Wicked Soaps and all the other great sellers on Etsy including me!

(I just want to state that these photos and products are property of Wicked Soaps, I copied them to feature the seller on my blog.)

Etsy Favorite-#1

My first Etsy seller that I would like to post about is - sTuckinthecoop! She has been a fav of mine for awhile because she has really awesome jewelry! I decided last week that I would start with her shop, and the next day she became the featured seller on Etsy's homepage! How funny is that! Congrats to her, I feel she deserves it as she has a great product! Here are a few of my favorites:

This is a pretty and fun little necklace-http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=39293483

This one is so neat and could be personalized for so many things-http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=36874815

Update post

I am not doing very good about posting on this blog! It's too easy to forget and too easy to ignore. Maybe I should have made that my new year's resolution! Anyway...
I have Valentine's cards up in my Etsy shop. I am loving them. I've never been big on making cards, but I think I have found my groove. For one thing the reds and pinks are really inspiring me. And, for some reason I just have tons of ideas floating around in my head! Hoping to add a few more before the holiday is here. If you want something different then what I have for sale, don't be afraid to contact me! Either here on the blog, or through my Etsy shop on the conversation page. Here's a pic of the latest one I have added. I think it's my fav so far!

I also want to point out that Josta & Co. started their own blog recently. Please be sure to check them out on there and on Etsy. Hopefully they will be using their blog to share family stories and ideas about their jewelry making. It will be fun to see how it progresses for them!

And, finally, my latest idea. I am wanting to feature an Etsy shop/seller here on my blog probably twice a week. I think for now I will showcase some of my favs and some of my fav items and go from there. Possibly in the future I will make it a bigger thing. Maybe including interviews and links to their other sites if they have any. Not sure, still kind of playing with this idea. But, please check back and check out the other Etsy sellers and their handmade goodies.

Table Linens

I've put up some vintage table linens in my Etsy shop. These are some things that I had collected over the years. Some are in good condition and some are a little poor. But, all of them have gorgeous hand embroidery work on them or lace tatting. Lovely pieces to use as is, or to incorporate into other pieces. These are listed individually but I will sell as a lot if interested. Please contact me through email or on my Etsy if you want to know more! Thanks for checking them out.

Keep your eye out for the Valentines cards! I have them done, just need to get them listed!

Good stuff in my store

I have added a couple of bookmarks to my (Etsy) shop! Working on more of these so if you don't see something you like, keep checking back! As always, if you want something custom made, just let me know.
I'm in the middle of some handmade Valentine's cards too. Should have those up for sale in a day or two.
Thanks for checking in!
